We greatly enjoyed it and recommend the place. The property was overall clean and perfect. The breakfast was super and the view from our high standard room was particularly nice. The staff was useful, attentive, and everything was perfect. The hotel was in a stunning position next to both the beach and town in easy walking distance and the garden.

This hotel was set in a central area so close to good restaurants and bars, the Winter Gardens, and the hill in the winter garden car park. My room was spotless with coffee & tea making facilities, refrigerators, and glassware. There was a separate shower, a plus for me.

Lovely small and stylish place with great service. Awesome variety at breakfast. Particularly good and beautiful location for our visit to Bonchurch War Memorial just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Set so close to seafront and the island in the very nice area.

Wonderfully friendly staff and particularly good and stunning location really close to the harbour, the sea front and the restaurant. Also, on street or Winter Gardens about 70 yards away. A cosy bar on site. Very relaxing experience there.
